You gave everything 100%, you took crap from no one, you did things your way, you commanded respect and you were always thinking. Those philosophies, as simple as they may be, is what makes for a successful business, no matter what “Corporate USA” has taught us over the years. You don’t learn that in college. We know you are looking down at us from up above laughing as much as we are while listening to the comedians!!!

Growing up in Belleville during the late 70’s, 80’s and into the 90’s has provided us more value and knowledge than any textbook could give you. It is very hard to explain to people unless you are from Belleville or the surrounding towns. It provided a lot of special times, special memories, special people and a lot of knowledge about life. Growing up in this area has molded us into better people and we will always be honored to say where we came from.

Hmmm…..Tell that to the 200+ people that walked through our doors to see Jackie Martling, Jim Florentine and Rev. Bob Levy on the Tuesday and Wednesday before Christmas and tell that to the numerous capacity crowds on Saturday nights from October thru April this past year. Yeah, it was a rough off season at the Jersey Shore!!!

When I get a phone call from a house wife and she asks us “if we know what we are doing with a comedy club and why don’t you have this particular guy?” Well this guy was doing a Saturday night comedy night at a gentleman’s club. How good could he be? Do you really think he is funny, don’t people go to those places to see the dancers? The response was “oh do you think you are going to get Jackie “the Joke Man” Martling to perform at your place?” Well 3 performances by Jackie later, we say “told you so”!!
